Ticketing & Purchase Policy

Accessible seating is available for all performances. We offer complimentary admission for one support person for audience members who require an attendant. Service animals are welcome at all venues. To make arrangements for accessible seating, please contact the venue box office directly.

TO Live’s general babes-in-arms policy is that any child that hasn’t yet celebrated their first birthday can get a free babes-in-arms ticket. During the show, the child must stay on their guardian’s lap. Please go to the box office on the day of the show to get a babes-in-arms ticket.

Latecomers: Latecomers may be admitted by our Front of House staff when there is a suitable break in the performance or at intermission. Each presentation may have its own latecomer policy which will be noted on the event page or in the ticketing reminder. Doors will open half an hour prior to the performance. Please be sure to check ahead for any road closures or delays.

Please ensure cell phones are turned off or on silent during the performance.

Photos/Videos: No photography/videography is permitted during performances except at curtain call.

FFDN will have a Step and Repeat banner out in the lobby area where memorable photos can take place.

Exchanges and Refunds

In the instance of an event being rescheduled or any extenuating circumstance, FFDN will inform ticket holders of rescheduled date(s), communicated directly via the email address provided at time of purchase. FFDN will also post any rescheduled events on our social media channels and website.
